New year 2023 is coming! On the eve of a magical holiday, first of all, I thank everyone for the great work, everyone who builds and improves the system of higher education and science in Europe. Despite of the difficulties, universities and academic institutions, research teams of European countries are developing and solving complex problems.

Of course, this trend should continue. We look to the future with optimism.

Rectors, vice-rectors, higher education specialists. You define and decide what higher education will be like tomorrow. Your strength and aspirations are always important for the fulfillment of all goals. I would like to wish you success, strength, patience and new victories.

I want to say a few words to the teachers. Our future is truly dependent on the teachings of our teacher.  So, you play a vital role in our lives. Students need to remember their teachers and the great teachings that they have delivered which made them the person they are today.

Students are the future of the nation. Students need guidance and they look up to their parents, elders, and teaches for support and motivation. Warm wishes on New Year to all the students. A New Year is like a beginning of a new chapter and therefore, we must make the most of it.

Wishing you endless blessings in the New Year ahead. Happy New Year!

European Higher Education Organization

European Higher Education Organization is a public organization carrying out academic, educational and information activities on higher education in Europe. The EHEO general plan stresses that: Higher education systems require adequate funding and, as an investment in economic growth, public spending in higher education should be protected. The challenges faced by higher education require more flexible governance and funding systems, which balance greater autonomy for education institutions with accountability to stakeholders. Thus, EHEO plans: improve academic and scientific interaction of universities; protect the interests of universities; interact more closely with public authorities of European countries; popularize European higher education in the world; develop academic mobility; seek funding for European universities.
